The Bardic Picnic 2011 is a community event that is organised, run and paid for by the community.
 
We have many spaces available for stalls. We are thus soliciting arts and craft, food, community, volunteer, and any other miscellaneous organizations to set up their stalls during our event in order to sell goods and distribute information.
 
All are welcome, but this festival is one of tolerance and inclusiveness of all. We do not tolerate hatred in any of its forms.

20 GBP a day flat fee for a stall
10 GBP a day flat fee for a fly pitch
 
Stalls are not provided, please bring your own. The picnic starts at 12 noon, so please come no later than 11 AM to set up.
