A big thank you to all involved in and attending last night's bardic fundraiser, 'A Sting in the Tail'!

The evening was, after a slow start, a resounding success, with great performances from Jim-Tom Say?, Enki and a roof raising set from Celtic Rasta down stairs. Also included was a mental but enjoyable 'Raising the Awen'  open-mic session upstairs, hosted by Bard of Northampton Joe Bunn and saucy poet Kezzabelle.

We managed to raise (as well as the Awen) £200 for the Bardic Picnic fund.  So thank you one and all for your continued support and for again re-enforcing the validity of what we're doing with the Bardic Chair. We hope to continue in this vein into the new year.
